Backwater Ripples is a picturesque lakeside resort located on Nazerath Church Road in Kumarakom, overlooking the tranquil waters of Vembanad Lake. Centre Court is the resort’s largest air-conditioned indoor venue, offering approximately 9,800 square feet of event space. It can accommodate up to 800 guests in a theatre-style arrangement or around 300 guests in a cluster configuration. Four Square is a 5,250-square-foot air-conditioned banquet hall accommodating approximately 300 guests in theatre style or between 120 and 150 guests in a cluster arrangement with a buffet. Conclave is a 1,300-square-foot hall suitable for intimate functions, accommodating around 50 guests in theatre style or 35 guests in clusters. A ten-seat boardroom can be used as a private planning room, family coordination space or VIP hospitality area.
For outdoor celebrations, Green Arch combines a covered area with a landscaped lawn and accommodates around 120 guests in a cluster layout. The Grand Lawn overlooks Vembanad Lake and can be customised for large weddings, receptions and evening celebrations. Its trees, open skies and waterfront views provide an impressive natural backdrop for ceremonial décor, entertainment and photography.

Cochin International Airport is approximately 75 to 85 kilometres away and normally requires two to two and a half hours by road. Kumarakom Boat Jetty is only a few minutes from the resort, while private cars, taxis, coaches and pre-arranged transfers can be used for wedding groups.
