Grand Hyatt Dubai is a distinguished urban resort and one of the city’s leading destinations for large-scale conferences, exhibitions, corporate meetings and gala events. Set amid 37 acres of landscaped gardens overlooking Dubai Creek, the hotel combines the facilities of an international convention centre with the comfort and leisure amenities of a luxury resort. Its approximately 12,500 square metres of flexible event space can be configured for everything from executive meetings and product launches to trade exhibitions, award ceremonies and multi-day conventions.
The 5,000-square-metre Conference and Exhibition Centre can accommodate up to approximately 4,000 guests and features expansive halls, high ceilings, flexible layouts and dedicated VIP facilities. When connected with the hotel’s ballrooms, the combined event footprint extends to around 7,000 square metres. The impressive Baniyas Ballroom offers approximately 3,212 square metres of space for as many as 2,500 guests and can be divided into three soundproof sections. Its individual pre-function areas and glass-enclosed show kitchen are particularly suitable for conferences, gala dinners and live culinary presentations.
Additional options include the pillarless Al Ameera Ballroom, which can welcome up to approximately 800 guests, and Al Manzil, a residential-style venue with six distinctive spaces for private meetings, boardroom sessions and intimate corporate gatherings. The hotel also provides 13 versatile meeting rooms, built-in audiovisual equipment, selected video-conferencing facilities, a media room and business support services.
Grand Hyatt Dubai offers 710 rooms and suites, allowing organisers to accommodate delegates at the event venue itself. Customised catering, international dining choices, valet service and complimentary onsite parking for up to approximately 800 vehicles further support seamless event operations. The hotel is located on Riyadh Street near Sheikh Rashid Road, around 6.4 kilometres from Dubai International Airport. Dubai Healthcare City Metro Station is within walking distance, while Dubai World Trade Centre, DIFC, Downtown Dubai and major commercial districts are conveniently accessible by road. Airport transfers can also be arranged for visiting delegates.
