Four Points by Sheraton Kochi Infopark, which was upgraded and rebranded as Courtyard by Marriott Kochi Infopark in May 2026, is a contemporary business hotel situated inside the Infopark Phase 1 campus in Kakkanad. Cinnamon, the principal ballroom, covers approximately 2,465 square feet and can accommodate up to 250 guests in a theatre-style arrangement. The ballroom can be divided into Cinnamon 1 and Cinnamon 2, each accommodating approximately 125 guests in theatre style, allowing organisers to conduct simultaneous sessions or separate the main conference from dining and networking.
The Cinnamon pre-function area measures approximately 2,181 square feet and can accommodate around 100 guests for registration, refreshments, exhibitions, sponsor displays and informal networking. Sage is a smaller meeting venue of approximately 879 square feet, suitable for up to 90 guests in theatre style. It can be divided into Sage 1 and Sage 2 for workshops and breakout discussions. A dedicated boardroom for approximately 12 participants is available for executive meetings, interviews and private discussions.
The meeting spaces offer high-speed Wi-Fi and integrated audiovisual facilities. Additional requirements such as LED walls, stage lighting, digital branding, microphones, video conferencing, recording, webcasting and exhibition stalls can be arranged according to the production plan. The hotel’s events and catering teams can coordinate seating layouts, conference meals, tea breaks, working lunches and customised delegate packages.
The property has 218 modern rooms and suites, making it practical for residential conferences and multi-day corporate programmes. The hotel is approximately 26 to 27 kilometres from Cochin International Airport, with the journey generally taking around 40 to 60 minutes depending on traffic. Thrippunithura Railway Station is approximately 8 to 10 kilometres away, while Ernakulam Junction is around 13 to 15 kilometres from the property. The nearest operational Kochi Metro stations require an onward road transfer, as the Infopark Metro extension is still under development. The hotel is accessible through Kakkanad, Seaport-Airport Road, Palarivattom and the Civil Station area. Additional travel time should be allowed during Infopark’s morning and evening peak hours.
