Located very near to Chottanikkara temple. The auditorium is very big having two halls. The ground floor hall for food and the first floor for the function. The seating arrangement is like a theatre and there are enough chairs. There is no separate parking. But we can use the common parking area for the temple and it may be filled to a great extent by the devotees
