From Maradu, where Nucleus Mall is situated, accessibility to the Cochin Port, Southern Naval Command, Fort Cochin, Edakochi, Thoppumpady, Kumbalangi, Tripunithura, Mattancherry, Amor and other places in the south-west regions of the metro city is easier than one could imagine. Maradu, has been famous since the ancient times as a temple village of the royalties of Cochin State who had Thripunithura as their capital. Its proximity to many landmarks in Kochi and suburban places also makes its location important as a launch pad for brands and corporates expanding in Kochi. Nucleus mall was officially opened to the public on the 5th of November 2010.
